2. Purpose These terms govern the purchase of products on www.massimopepe.com by consumers, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

3. Products and Prices All products are described in detail on their respective product pages. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes, except for shipping costs which are calculated and displayed at checkout. No VAT is charged under the flat-rate tax regime.

4. Purchase Process Purchases are completed by following the instructions on the website, entering the required information, and confirming payment. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Payment Methods Accepted payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • PayPal All payments are processed through secure SSL connections.
  • Klarna: available for payment in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to approval by the service. All transactions are protected by a secure SSL connection.

6. Shipping and Delivery Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–3 working days
  • Europe: 4–7 working days Shipping is free for orders over €150 (VAT included). Orders are shipped via express courier. A tracking code will be provided upon dispatch.

7. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must send written notice to support@massimopepe.it indicating the order number and the products to be returned. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery or are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

9. Legal Warranty All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of defects, customers have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

10. Liability Massimo Pepe is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure. He is also not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased products.

11. Privacy Customer personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of the consumer's place of residence (if in Italy) shall have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
